Summary: Handy to hospital which was great as that was where I needed to be near but if you don't have your own transport it is not the most convenient location as Gisborne does not have Uber and the taxi service are expensive and not easy to get. The Motel is clean and well maintained - I stayed in room with an 'accessible' bathroom, great if you need one but if you don't it detracts a bit from the rooms atheistic. Beds were comfortable and heating was quiet and did the job very well. Shower water pressure was low if you wanted warm water Internet was good, fast and easy to connect etc.
